This is perfectly sweet and I’m sure the good dog can swim, but shouldn’t it have on a life vest in case you capsize far from shore?

Golden retrievers can swim for over 40 minutes without tiring - they were originally bred to retrieve shot waterfowl from the middle of lakes. It’s still absolutely a good idea to get a life vest, but even in a lake like this the doggo should be ok.

Did you really just reposted the only non-Undertaker-related post from u/shittymorph?

My cat does this, only she faces the other way and hugs my paws with her feet. Best feeling in the world, our little pets help make it a happy home.

Kitty on my feet, in front of the tv!

What’s the temperature at places like this? It looks cold to me but you’re definitely not bundled up.

    (Beautiful pic btw!)

Looks like GNP. Likely isn’t, but it sure looks like it. 💙 ETA: it is definitely a glacial carved valley & lake though

I was thinking New Zealand but only because I assumed the picture was recent. Probably wrong.

They’re called legs, have a look down, and you might find some of your own.

The perspective is a bit weird, so it took me a bit to figure out too. The parts jutting out are the knees and the legs bend outward from there. It definitely looked like they had weird lumps in the middle of their calves at first though!

Man, I miss shittymorph. I remember when this was posted for the first time and everyone on Reddit lost their minds because it wasn’t an undertaker joke. Lost my dog this year, makes me a little sad :(
