He probably knows all that. Normally all the minority party can do is force these people to state things things out loud and on the record. Besides, things have to be put simply like this because most people put so little thought into what stuff like this means. As if Kansas lawmakers actually care about harm to children unless it personally affects them. I will never forget the waterslide incident, allowing parks to self inspect and not adhere to basic safety standards is wild. It wasn’t until a politician’s kid died that they changed the rules.

So is it sites that are specifically lgbtq+, or any site that has content as such? If the later, that’s nearly a third of the internet.
Edit: actually read the article. It’s any site where the content is considered harmful to minors, including homosexual content. So how much of NetFlix, YouTube, Facebook, etc get banned under this?
