OpenAI is begging Parliament to allow it to use copyrighted works because it's "impossible" for the company to make money without them.

I think this better solves the issue.

The problem isn’t necessarily the use of copyrighted works, (although it can be a problem in many ways) it’s the unfair legal determination of who is allowed to do so.
