It’s funny because for the last four years Republicans have been complaining about the current president’s cognitive ability (which one could argue has some credit, but that depends on who you ask), but in 1994, six years after Ronald Regan, the single most “conservative” president until Trump came around, was fucking diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.The National Institute of Health did a study on his speeches and manarisms in the last few years of his presidency.
