I was really happy when it was announced because I always wanted to play it but didn’t have a PlayStation.
Pirated it, played a bit. Checked out the same scenes of the original and the quality difference is like night and day. The original looks better, the atmosphere is better, the music is better. The remake is more like a demake. Totally unnecessary. It would have been much better to just release the original on PC.

We’re at a point where big game studios can’t even ctrl+c ctrl+v welp
Because they don’t want to optimize the PC port, so they lower graphical fidelity.
Honestly feeling pretty crazy every time I see people saying it looks worse/is a demake.
I understand that the PC version has had some bugginess but in terms of visuals alone, it is a clear upgrade to me.
