https://github.com/GrapheneOS/PdfViewer I’m using GrapehneOS and the integrated PDF viewer. Can’t say of it works flawlessly on other Android OSes, but you could give it a try!
It works, you can view pdfs but compared to mupdf or mj pdf it’s still behind. It may be a tiny bit more secure, so if you are a target who needs to open a pdf from an untrusted source, you may prefer gospdf, everyone else can use something else
Yeah, brutal take but the graphene pdf reader is absolute trash. Takes forever to render pages, if it ever does, is the definition of bare-bones, and I can’t uninstall it. It’s like the camera - yeah it’s nice that it’s included, now let me rid my system of it and replace it with something actually well fleshed-out and rich with features.
