The only few reason I know so far is software availability, like adobe software, and Microsoft suite. Is there more of major reasons that I missed?

    Yea, and for me there’s a clear engineering virtue to be aimed for here … where your systems have smooth and easily accessed grades of increasing complexity and control within a coherent system.
