For example, a lot of the characters you meet along the way during your runs have the same hooded NPC model. Those are all incomplete. When you actually talk to them, most of them have the static artwork done though.

They’ve done the incomplete artwork well.

It took me dozens of runs to even realize that was happening. It really doesn’t feel incomplete.
